With over 20 years’ experience, Shamir held multiple executive roles at Fibrolan and other companies. As CEO, he guides the company’s strategic and technological direction, constantly working to identify new opportunities for development.

Israel’s perspective originates from his days as an engineer and as VP Sales of Fibronics (a leading datacom vendor) and various positions at Scitex Corp, Tadiran Comm. and IDF. His extensive experience is vital in steering the company.

At the age of 30, Zvi founded his first Hi-Tec company and since then was the co-founder of several other Hi-Tec companies, spanning across a broad range of technologies, including Mercury, a multimillion company, and Fibrolan.
