Message to Customers Regarding COVID-19

Dear Customers and Partners,

As the coronavirus outbreak continues to develop, we wanted to update on Fibrolan’s actions in response to this serious health emergency.

As always, we assure you our commitment to keep supporting you all. However, we are bound to follow government instructions and adjust our activities accordingly.
Our highest priority remains the health and safety of our employees and those of our customers, partners and suppliers. We are taking all necessary measures to ensure that these individuals are not put at risk of the coronavirus.
We are carefully following the instructions of the Israeli government and Ministry of Health.
In order to allow a continued communication with your teams we would like to emphasize that our factory remains open and operational as much as possible and that we can setup a video conference for any necessary communication that can’t be conducted via regular email and voice calls. In particular, your main contacts for sales, pre and post sales support are all available as usual at their respective emails, mobile phones, skype, whatsapp etc.

Having said that, you may experience slower response in lead times (information and shipments) due same restrictions that may have logistic impact on ourselves and our suppliers and subcontractors here and overseas.

While we may not be able to completely prevent the coronavirus outbreak from impacting our ability to support our customers and partners, please rest assured that Fibrolan and its partners around the world are highly focused on minimizing any impact to your needs as a customer.
